In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So Kalani thought that on Fridays she would take it easy on posting, too. On her blog she’ll ask a simple question for us to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response. Then if we would like to participate, we can do the same.

Almonds! I could eat an entire bag by myself. And both my kids love eating almonds, or any nut for that matter.

Banana’s and chex mix. And nuts.
I love carrot sticks dipped into hummus. My boys really enjoy cheese and fruit.
I like apples and peanut butter!
Yogurt! My son loves yogurt too. And applesauce…
You know what, I had a hard time answering this question. I think that means I eat more junk. But I do enjoy bananas as snacks. Maybe the trick is to have them readily available while the chips shouldn’t be let into the house.
My kids love the Go-gurts from Costco. I love organic peanut butter from Costco OR cashews OR almonds! Or a diet coke because it has 0 calories!! HA HA HA.
Sliced Apples with peanut butter for my oldest. Granola bars for the middle son, and baby M likes yogurt!
My favorite snack is diet coke!!

I love Mangos. I love to dip a green mango in a tiny bit of rock salt!!! YUM lol

Oh, favorite HEALTHY snack: just about any fruit.
We like eating fruits like bananas, apples, pears, mangoes and grapes.
Fruits! We love fruit.
We always have a good supply of fresh fruit to snack on.
