In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So Kalani of An Island Life thought that on Fridays she would take it easy on posting, too. On her blog she’ll ask a simple question for us to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response. Then if we would like to participate, we can do the same.
I am participating this week and my question is: What is your favorite holiday or celebration?
I know some friends who are into Halloween, I know another who loves Thanksgiving, but for me I LOVE CHRISTMAS! How about you?

Hmmm, I love all holidays and I adore celebrations of most any kind.
I LOVE Christmas because I get to see most of my family then!
over the past few years, my “extended” family has fallen apart, through petty arguments, death or moving, so until that point, i would say Thanksgiving was my favorite. Loved all the grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and lots of little kids running around.
Now it seems that no one in my family does anything outside of their own core family. So it is not the same.
But the IDEA of my old Traditional Thanksgiving would be my favorite!

I tend to love them all but if I had to choose one I would pick Christmas. It would be Christmas because it has everything from food, to family, presents, the tree, and the birth of Jesus. Yeah I would have to pick Christmas.
I like Christmas best.

I used to be totally into All of the holidays but this year we get to go “home” for Christmas so I guess it’s Christmas!
Probably Thanksgiving. It’s a great family (and food) time and the parades are on. Plus, I know another great holiday is just around the corner.

It is a toss up between Christmas and the 4th of July! Two great days full of celebration!!
Christmas and my birthday are my favorite celebrations!
I love Thanksgiving because there is no added stress like Passover has along with it. Both are wonderful thanks to always having family together.
